Introduction
Executive Strategy & Governance is a premium course designed for senior leaders, board members, and decision-makers in the financial services sector who are responsible for shaping strategy, governance frameworks, and institutional direction. In a rapidly evolving global economy, especially across Africa and emerging markets, strategic leadership and robust governance are essential for sustainable growth, stakeholder trust, and regulatory compliance.
